It is the Galley Manager’s responsibility to:

  1. Schedule hostesses for the year for serving dinners at the General Membership meetings.
  2. Inform the hostesses of their duties. The Club furnishes coffee, tea, sugar and packaged cream.
  3. Keep the galley cupboards in a neat & orderly manner.
  4. Purchase and keep the galley supplied with the items that fall under budget description.
  5. Keep a record of any guarantees/warranties for galley equipment.
  6. Keep on hand:
    • Coffee, Tea, Sugar, Cream, Salt, Pepper, etc.
    • Paper goods
    • Soaps and Cleaning Equipment
    • Dish Towels & Wash Rags
