- Must be a member in good standing of MCYC.
- Must submit a request form, obtained from the Moorage Manager (MM) stating slip requirements. No other form shall be acceptable.
- Priority date of request will be the post mark if mailed, reception date if e-mailed or the marked date if hand delivered to:
- Moorage Manager
- Assistant Moorage Manager
- Request must be initialed by the receiver with time and date noted.
- Persons on the list shall keep the MM informed of their present mailing address, e-mail address and phone number.
- Boat trailers must be parked on the southwest side of the parking area.
- Any boat trailer left in the lot over ten (10) days will be charged rent.
- Any boat trailer left in the lot over ten (10) days without notifying the Moorage Manager (MM) will be locked up until the rent is paid.
- Any boat trailer left without notification to the MM will be charged one and one half (1 1/2) times the regular rent.
- Boat trailer owners will supply the MM with their trailer license number.
- RVs may not be left in the parking lot more than ten (10) days per month without the consent of the MCYC Board.
- No more than two (2) vehicles may he parked in the lot by the full time residents without the consent of the MCYC Board.
- Parking is prohibited on the dike except for the following:
- Loading and unloading - 15 minute limit
- Washing a vehicle -30 minute limit with washer present
- Permission from the Commodore, Port Capt. or MM
- Blocking or impeding traffic in any way on the driveway or dike is strictly prohibited.
- Motorized vehicles ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED FROM DRIVING ON THE DRAIN FIELD.
CLUB PARTIES / EVENTS
All members of MCYC are invited.
PRIVATE PARTIES / EVENTS
An MCYC member pays for the use of the Club house and the guest list is exclusive.
HOUSE BOAT - FLOATING HOME (Full time)
A live aboard floating home. May or may not have a boat well. Hooked up to moorage water and sewer. Each structure owns one carport in the parking lot. When the structure sells, the buyer would also get the corresponding carport.
BOAT HOUSE (Part Time)
A structure that is not occupied more than 16 days in any one (1) month or more than twenty (20) days in a thirty one (31) day period. Hooked up to moorage water and sewer.
UNCOVERED MOORAGE
A specific space that is leased to a tenant for their exclusive use for boat moorage.
TRANSIENT MOORAGE
Assigned boat docking space. Extended to members, member’s guests and members of other yacht clubs. Transient moorage longer than fourteen (14) days must have the prior written approval of MCYC Board of Directors.
