Payton, Daughter of Melissa Westfall and Granddaughter of M. Duane and Deborah Westfall, was born October 20, 1994 in Portland, Oregon. Payton is currently a freshman at David Douglas High School. She is in the Dream Club at her school and enjoys football, soccer, boating, and fishing. Payton also volunteers at the Boys and Girls Club.
